Everything you need to stream PS5 games from the cloud with Asobi.
If you've never used your PSN account on a PlayStation console or the official PlayStation App, you'll need to complete your account setup before cloud streaming will work. Without this, Sony's servers will reject the streaming connection even if you have PS Plus Premium.
This is a one-time requirement. Once your account is fully set up, cloud streaming will work in Asobi.
Install the official PlayStation App from the App Store or Google Play on your phone.
Use the same PSN account you use in Asobi. Complete any account verification steps (email confirmation, privacy settings, etc.) that Sony asks for.
The PlayStation App will guide you through additional setup steps like:
In the PlayStation App, go to your profile and check that your subscription shows PlayStation Plus Premium. Essential and Extra tiers do not include cloud streaming.
Once your account is fully set up in the PlayStation App, open Asobi and try cloud streaming again. Games from the PS Cloud and PS Now catalogs should now work.
This usually means the game hasn't been added to your library yet. Open the game in the PS Cloud tab and tap Play — Asobi will automatically add it to your library. If this doesn't work, try adding the game to your library from the PlayStation App or PlayStation Store website first.
This happens when your PSN account hasn't completed the initial setup process. Download the PlayStation App, sign in, and complete all account setup prompts. See the steps above.
The game's cloud streaming entitlement wasn't found. Make sure you have PS Plus Premium (not Essential or Extra) and that the game is available for cloud streaming in your region. Not all PS Plus games support cloud streaming.
If cloud streaming still doesn't work after completing the account setup:
