Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Asobi Remote Play ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Asobi Remote Play is a third-party application that enables streaming of PlayStation® console gameplay to Apple devices using the Remote Play protocol. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.

4. Requirements

To use the app, you must:

• Own or have authorized access to a PlayStation® 4 or PlayStation® 5 console
• Have a valid PlayStation® Network account (for internet play features)
• Comply with Sony's PlayStation® Network Terms of Service
• Have a compatible Apple device and operating system

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app with consoles you do not own or have authorization to access
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the app
• Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the app to third parties
• Use the app to stream or record copyrighted content for redistribution

6. PlayStation® Network

Use of internet play features requires a PlayStation® Network account. Your use of PSN is subject to Sony's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Sony regarding your PSN account.

7. Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. PlayStation®, PSN, DualSense™, and DualShock® are trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with future PlayStation® firmware updates
• Accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the app

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions
• Console or device damage
• PSN account restrictions or bans

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

11. Updates and Changes

We may update the app or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We are not obligated to maintain, support, or update the app.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app and supersede any prior agreements.
