Cloud Streaming
PS Cloud requires an active PlayStation Plus Premium subscription
Error: PS Cloud requires an active PlayStation Plus Premium subscription. Please subscribe via your PlayStation console or the PlayStation app.
This usually means the app needs to re-authenticate with PlayStation Network.
Try the following:
- Go to your profile in the app (the button next to the Premium unlock) and sign in to PSN again.
- If that doesn't work, try deleting and reinstalling the app.
- Make sure you have an active PlayStation Plus Premium subscription.
Connection Errors
Console rejected the connection (error code: 80108b12)
Error: Console rejected the connection (error code: 80108b12)
This error means Remote Play is not enabled for your account on the console.
To fix this:
- On your PlayStation, navigate to Settings → System → Remote Play → Enable Remote Play.
- Make sure the toggle next to your account is turned on.
