Cloud Streaming

PS Cloud requires an active PlayStation Plus Premium subscription

Error: PS Cloud requires an active PlayStation Plus Premium subscription. Please subscribe via your PlayStation console or the PlayStation app.

This usually means the app needs to re-authenticate with PlayStation Network.

Try the following:

  1. Go to your profile in the app (the button next to the Premium unlock) and sign in to PSN again.
  2. If that doesn't work, try deleting and reinstalling the app.
  3. Make sure you have an active PlayStation Plus Premium subscription.

Connection Errors

Console rejected the connection (error code: 80108b12)

Error: Console rejected the connection (error code: 80108b12)

This error means Remote Play is not enabled for your account on the console.

To fix this:

  1. On your PlayStation, navigate to Settings → System → Remote Play → Enable Remote Play.
  2. Make sure the toggle next to your account is turned on.
