Look at the screen and pinch with your thumb and index finger to grab it. The screen will highlight when you're looking at it.
While holding the pinch, move your hand to reposition the screen:
Move side to side to adjust horizontal position
Move up or down to adjust height
While holding the pinch:
Pull towards you to bring the screen closer
Push away to move the screen further
The screen curvature adjusts automatically based on distance.
Rotate the Digital Crown to adjust the immersion level. Turn clockwise to make the environment more immersive, or counter-clockwise to see more of your real surroundings.
Press and hold the Digital Crown to reset the screen position. The screen will re-center in front of you at the default distance.
For the most comfortable experience, position the screen so the center is at eye level.
A closer screen feels more immersive but may cause eye strain during long sessions. Find your balance.
Use the Digital Crown reset if you've moved around and the screen is no longer in front of you.
Higher immersion levels reduce distractions but block your view of the real world. Use lower immersion if you need to stay aware of your surroundings.
